Thanks for the great tips about pitting cherries. I can’t wait to try the baked apricots and some of the recipes posted on the site. I too can recommend the cook books. Everything turns out great. Easy to make crowed pleasers that are very impressive.

Emily had me make an Apricot sauce/glaze and crepes not long ago and it was so amazing. I’m used to eating apricots cold and by themselves. I never realized how good they were as a dessert topping. I want to make it again and just smother some vanilla ice cream with it.
